The boys return after an Easter feast of football, which finally saw the Ginger Mourinho secure his date with Jose Mourinho next season. Sean Dyche and Burnley clinched their long awaited promotion to the Premier League with successive wins against Blackpool and Wigan.

So, just how did the Clarets manage to upset the odds so dramatically? Plus, can they learn the lessons of four years ago and survive relegation next year? We reflect on this season’s most remarkable success story with Chris Boden, chief football writer at The Burnley Express.

Meanwhile, another side still basking in the dizzy glow of promotion glory are Brentford. The Bees were promoted from League One following their dramatic victory over Preston on Good Friday.
