Episode 76 – The sack race continues


Three more Football League managers have bitten the dust this week, including Southend United boss Paul Sturrock in bizarre circumstances, just two weeks before their Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Final against Crewe at Wembley. The WAGU boys catch up with editor of Shrimpers fanzine All-At-Sea, Jamie Forsyth.

This week’s comments by LMA chief executive Richard Bevan are also up for debate, after he described the number of Football League managers losing their job as ’embarrassing for the game’ and said ‘the volatility is undermining the profession’.
