Episode 34 – Chesterfield win at Wembley

John Sheridan’s Chesterfield claimed the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy with a 2-0 win against Swindon on Sunday, and Carl is back straight from Wembley to join the boys in the studio (complete with his Paolo Di Canio mask).

We also discuss another big week of managerial changes. Murray Burnell from BBC Radio Sheffield and Yorkshire Radio is on the line to talk about Andy Scott’s departure from Rotherham, while Brian Horton returns to Macclesfield and Lee Bradbury is sacked by Bournemouth.

There’s also a full review of the weekend’s action in the Championship, including a big win for Coventry against Portsmouth and a week to remember for Nottingham Forest. In League One there’s another record for Jordan Rhodes as Charlton lose again – and in League Two Dagenham get a crucial victory against Accrington to take them off the bottom of the basement.

We’ve all that plus Tranmere against Hereford in the Allan Johnston Paint Trophy…
