Episode 9 – Pressure builds on McClaren

The boys are back with a busy old show this week. Football broadcaster and writer Tom Watt joins us to talk about ‘Kicking and Screening‘ – the UK’s first ever football film festival, which includes ‘Rise & Shine: The Jay DeMerit story’.

There’s also Toppo’s verdict on Forest’s 2-1 defeat to Derby at the City Ground, as the pressure ratchets up a notch on the beleaguered Steve McClaren – plus Exeter blogger Ian Bond also joins us to talk about their poor start  to the season in League One.

In League Two, the lads give their reaction to the sacking of Peter Reid, whilst Gregg Davies from FourFourTwo.com and herefordunited.co.uk is on to talk about the future of Jamie Pittman and the Bulls’ 6-1 thrashing at the hands of Gillingham this week.

There’s all that and Peterborough in action against Nottingham Forest in the Allan Johnston Paint Trophy…
